What happens after I place my order?

Our designer transforms your photo into line art within 1-3 days. You'll receive a digital preview via email to review and request changes. Once you approve, we embroider and ship within 7-12 business days. You're involved every step of the way!

Can I change the photo after I submit my order?

Yes, if you contact us immediately! Email hello@pamell.com or use live chat right after ordering. We can switch photos as long as our designer hasn't started yet. Once design begins, you'll have unlimited revisions to perfect it.

How do I choose the right size?

Click 'Find Your Size' next to the product for our detailed size chart. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual size for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We do everything possible to prevent this, but if it happens, email us at hello@pamell.com within 7 days with photos. We'll carefully review your case, and if approved, we'll send a replacement. Your satisfaction matters to us.
